2010 Clare Burton Memorial Lecture

Registrations are now open for the 2010 Clare Burton Memorial Lecture. The Lecture is an annual Australian Technology Network of Universities, Women's Executive Development event and this year marks the twelfth in the series. The lectures commemorate and honour the significant contribution Dr Clare Burton made to gender equity and organisational change in higher education and other areas. Clare was a leading researcher, public sector administrator, academic, consultant and writer on employment equity. Proceeds from this event are donated to the Clare Burton Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The guest speaker this year is Dr Linley Lord, Director of the Maureen Bickley Centre for Women in Leadership and a Senior Lecturer in the Curtin Graduate School of Business. Dr Lord will be introduced by the Minister for Women’s Interests, the Hon Robyn McSweeney MLC. The title of this year's talk is:
Moving beyond token women: The need for radical reform in corporate Australia.
